  • Yes, your slot is ready to use immediately after the payment is made.

  • Your slot will be limited to 10 Mbps until your next due date.

  • You can try us risk-free because we provide pro-rated refunds to all new clients. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase within the first 72 hours, just open a ticket, and we will refund you. If you prefer, we would much rather assist you with whatever is bothering you first.

  • Yes you can upgrade/downgrade at any time without losing your data. If the server you are on does not have enough space to accommodate the upgrade we will transfer your slot to a new server so you do not lose any data.

  • Yes we can, just open a ticket after ordering and we will help you out.

  • We have applications that allow you to access your data from within your web browser. If you are old school we also offer FTP access to your slot.

  • As soon as you login to the application dashboard, using the details received after paying, you will be able to see this information clearly.

  • We have been in this industry for over a decade so you can rest assured knowing that you are in experienced company. If something doesnt work as it should just open a ticket and we will assist you with a smile.
